Acupuncture

Individualized care, guided by the whole picture.

Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles at carefully selected points on the body. Your treatment is shaped by your current symptoms, health history, constitution, and the patterns identified through Chinese medicine. People commonly seek acupuncture for pain, muscular tension, stress, sleep concerns, digestive issues, headaches, menstrual health, and support during recovery. When appropriate, care may also include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or other techniques—always chosen with purpose and tailored to you.

Taiji Whole-Body Treatment

Two sides. One body. One connected treatment.

Named for Taiji—the living relationship between Yin and Yang—this signature treatment honours a simple truth: no part of the body exists in isolation. Pain in the back may be connected to tension through the front. Digestion, sleep, stress, circulation, posture, and emotion can influence one another in ways that a single symptom rarely explains. The Taiji Whole-Body Treatment creates the time and space to work with those relationships.

When appropriate, your treatment unfolds in two complementary phases: face up and face down. This allows both the front and back of the body to be assessed and treated within the same visit, creating a more complete view of how tension, restriction, imbalance, and compensation may be moving through you.

Acupuncture forms the foundation of the treatment. Depending on your individual pattern and comfort, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, therapeutic bodywork, essential oils, warmth, or herbal guidance may also be thoughtfully incorporated.

This is not a fixed sequence or a collection of upgrades. Every element is chosen with purpose, shaped around what your body is communicating that day. The result is a deeply personalized treatment experience—unhurried, responsive, and designed to help the whole system move toward greater balance.

Begin with a thoughtful first visit.

Your first visit allows time to understand your health history, explore how your concerns may be connected, and create care thoughtfully around you.
